From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for everything you have done for our wonderful Cece. She’s grown into quite the young lady and we thank you for a big part of that. From the teary drop offs, to the laughs, face painting, studio play, creative + cooking play (and potty training!) Cece has had a wonderful time in the 2 years she has been with you all. You’ll still get to see her at times when picking up Matilda, we’ll make sure of it!!

My son has been at Jumpers! for almost a year now. He started when he was just 10 months old, and as first-time parents, we were really apprehensive about leaving him for full days and how he would settle into nursery life. The staff at Jumpers! are very supportive, warm, and nurturing. He settled quickly, and we felt fully supported throughout the process. Fast forward a year, and he absolutely loves coming to nursery each day. In fact, it’s hard to get him to leave sometimes! The staff set up a range of activities for the children throughout the day and the outdoor learning area is fantastic for a London nursery. The communication from his key worker and other nursery staff at the end of the day is always thorough, and it is really nice to be able to go into his room to drop him off and collect him. We are so grateful to Jumpers! for taking good care of our son and starting his love of learning through play.

We want to take this opportunity to say that you to you all. For the past almost 2 years, you have shown love, care, patience and support to our baby. We are more grateful to you than words can ever express. If we had another chance to do it again, we would choose you a million times but much earlier than we did. Thank you for your resilience and your persistence in getting our son the help he needs.

The nursery has larger rooms and outside space than some other nurseries we were considering. Our son attends the nursery for the past two years. The nursery improved his English as it is not our household language. It helps that some of the staff speak multiple languages. Our son constantly comes home with a new inspiration from activities at the nursery. The staff is caring and always happy to talk about our son's day, updating the parents' portal with photos and reports on how his learning journey progresses, which is very important to us. Our son is a fussy eater, but he seems to like the food at the nursery. I would definitely recommend the nursery to a friend.

Jumpers has been amazing for my son from baby room to preschool – he loves the friends, creative activities, and caring teachers. The outdoor facilities, healthy food, and supportive staff make it a truly 5 early years experience.

Great facility with plenty of outdoor and indoor space, including frequent access to the nearby studio for soft play sessions. Children are well looked after and come home clean and exhausted from their active day. Children also enjoy punctual events like the visits from the fire brigade, from the police and trips to the nearby park and library. The staff provides regular feedback on the child behaviour, progresses and a summary of their daily activities. They actively support the children growth with numerous singing sessions, story time and activities to encourage the children to develop social skills.

We like the workshops and the family fun days – they’re a great way to get involved and spend quality time together.

The team is very friendly, always approachable, and makes us feel welcome.

We are really happy with everything. Everyone is so friendly – it truly feels like a home from home.

The staff are amazing – caring, supportive, and always putting the children first.

We hope the nursery continues to offer the fun days, as they are a highlight for the children and families.

There are plenty of opportunities for working in partnership with parents, which we really value.

We like the online journals, as they allow us to follow our child’s progress and see what they’ve been learning each day.

We always receive all the information we need about our child’s learning and development, which helps us support them at home too.
